We have been barred from using our vehicles to go to observe the eid prayer. Those of us in places faraway from and have no any nearby eid ground have already given up. We blame no one but those few people from among us who have lost their heads. Where there are no such deterrent entities, no one has the locus standi to stop them from going to the eid ground. Our curse pour on those who promise to make life difficult for us and who give some dishonest forces the opportunity to treat us as though we are pieces of trash. You must not ever allow your children to behave in a way contrary to accepted societal conducts. If you do that, you have yourself to blame. This is time for reality and we must be sincere to ourselves. What continue to happen to us is partly if not in whole the making of our carelessness. On this note, I urge all and sundry to join me in prayer this blessed yaum-al-eid to seek peace and harmony from Allah, Allahu Rabbul Arsh, Rabbul Azza wa Jal, Rabbus Samawati wal Ard.
