We have been crazy busy in the salon this week and turning clients away and adding them to the cancellation list. Today we have had nearly four hours worth of no shows, this is not fair to us as we have other clients desperate to be fitted in. We do all we can to help people remember their appointments, we have asked nicely, we have always been lenient with charging for missed appointments. Im sorry but I will now be enforcing this charge for no shows. I hope you understand my position. Caroline x
