We have been receiving a lot of messages requesting case updates so we thought we should share it here Supreme Court: No hearing since last 2.5 years, case is simply put aside, lawyers and doctors hospital successfully applied delay tactics using their power and money and unfortunately our law is all up for sale. Session court: We filed a private complaint in high court in 2009 which we were following regularly until our lawyers stopped telling us about the hearing dates and tactically made us looked like we dont want to follow up and weaken the case, We can only imagine Why. We are now forcing our lawyers to start proceedings but weve been continuously shunned for no obvious reasons. Doctors hospital also filed applications for vindication in session court to their preferred judge (Why pay a lawyer when you can buy the judge) we requested the case to be transferred to a different judge, then doctors hospital approached that judge too, we again requested the case to be transferred, this kept on going until we were left with no option, the judge then ironically accepted the applications of CEO Dr G A Shah and Chairman Dr Javaid Asghar and rejected the applications of all others. (Because they are rich and paid well to the judges, and yes we have proofs) this was totally against the findings of police enquiry, and 2 other enquiries in which both were held equally responsible for the murder along with the junior staff. In the meantime doctors hospital continue to spread their false propaganda; things like we have cut a deal with them or we are being supported by foreign powers to do all this etc etc. We are fighting for justice and well continue, nothing can bring Imanae back and we have nothing to lose so they cant weaken us. And dont forget there is still the judgment day and nothing will be fairer than that.
