We have been told numerous times not to take the law into our own hands and to let law enforcement handle society issues. At what point is it the responsibility of an employer to do anything about a domestic violence issue? So an employer has an employee that beats his wife and the employer fires him for it. He goes home and beats her again and maybe the kids because he got fired for what he considers her fault. So as an employer, what is my responsibility? This Ray Rice issue is a society issue, a police issue and the blame seems to be on the NFL. Really? Most of the talk now is not about domestic violence, but the lack of the NFL to do anything about it. Seriously?
