We have experienced intermittent issues with eduroam today and the IT team have been working to resolve this issue for the last few hours. We are pleased to confirm that the wireless service has now been restored and anyone still having issues connecting should disconnect from eduroam and reconnect. One issue that will remain unresolved until next week is the setup of new users onto the eduroam wireless network. Existing users who have registered will continue to be able to access and connect to eduroam, only those who have not used it before will be unable to connect. If this causes any students particular issues then please contact the helpdesk on details below and we can look into alternative solutions for you. This outage has meant we have now implemented the upgraded wireless setup. This is earlier than anticipated and so we would appreciate continued feedback from students on the wireless performance from this point onwards. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
