We have finalized our menu for Fridays cooking class. We will be cooking Chicken Marbella which is a really delicious baked chicken dish that could easily be served at a dinner party but it is so easy and so good we like to eat it during the week. We are also cooking our Autumn Minestrone that could just as well be called a winter minestrone. It has winter squash and kale along with all of the other ingredients that make up a hearty minestrone soup. Finally we will prepare a Golden Beet and Orange Salad that will be served on seasonal greens from Freedom Food Farm. If you dont have plans for Friday yet come spend the night with us and some good food and wine!
