We have guest speakers this week. Tuesday at 9:25am in room 506 Mr. Mazin Al-Hebshi, the head of TEDxSanaa, he will tell us what happens behind the seen and maybe about their future surprises... Monday at 8am in room 506 Mr. Ammar Faya, the call center manager of MTN Yemen, will tell us what happens when you call their 111 number and will provide a role play which is part of their training on how to deliver a quality customer service via the call center. Wednesday at 8am in room 506 Mr. Abdulfatah Alkibsi, Qube Consulting will provide us with managing service quality and will do a short workshop training for quality banking customer service. Thursday at 10:50am in room 504 Mr. Ali Alshahidhi, MTN Public Relations manager will provide us an insight of public relation activities in global companies.
