We have had a busy week here at Mirror Mirror, so busy in fact we have had to turn people away. However some clients that have had large appointments have just not bothered to turn up, nor call or mail to cancel, thus losing us business and income. We try to keep our prices fairly competitive and fair so would be awful if we had to start charging a booking fee to secure a large appointment . The slots that were allocated could have been used by someone else, also it means that i am now unable to pay my own wages due to lost revenue. So play fair guys and be courteous, let us know in plenty of time at least and let someone use the appointment if you dont want it. !
