We have had a lot of concern from our customers and consignors regarding the expansion of Downtown Oviedo and when we will have to move. We wanted to include a link from the City of Oviedo regarding our part of the road (which is Phase 2.) Once the final design is complete, the project will move into right-of-way acquisition phase and ultimately into construction WHEN FUNDING BECOMES AVAILABLE. According to their calendar, our phase of construction will not begin until the end of 2017, if funding is available!!!!
