I work as part of the team who are involved in looking after day to day contractor enquiries and involved in passing the work out for any action required . I wanted to acknowledge to you that we have noted your comments and that I will pass this to our most Senior Operations team to assess the overall situation . Please note we inspect the Play Area regularly this is done by our Operations Supervisor and we also have the area checked by our Play Area Contractor .
