We have had comments posted occasionally why we never reply to the questions raised by the fans. First of all, we must apologize for not being able to do so. The main reason is that the whole operation of manufacturing, planning, logistic and marketing is all executed in China. Facebook, along with other social media such as YouTube, Twitter and Google+ are banned in China; our staffs working in China have no direct access to these websites. The Autoart Facebook page is maintained in Hong Kong by the staffs taking care of the advertising and promotional activities; they upload photos and articles coming from the headquarter in China. They have no knowledge of the technical aspect or the development progress of the model cars and therefore, they are unable to answer questions raised by the fans mostly related to issues on quality, availability or pricing. However, these questions and comments are periodically forwarded to the department-in-charge in China and we do listen what you have said and we will try our best to rectify the issues being raised.
