We have had many inquiries about mid-year enrollments for the online academy. While we do accept mid-year enrollments, all online course requests must first be approved by a Kolbe academic advisor or online academy staff member. If you are interested (or know someone who is interested), please email [email protected] with the following information: 1) Name, address, telephone number and e-mail addresses (for both parent and student). 2) Please indicate whether your family or your child is new to the online academy. 3) List the course(s) you would like to enroll your student in? (When listing the courses you would like, please include the course code as well as the title. For example, WCM-PCALC Precalculus.) 4) Please give some background on what the student has accomplished in this subject area during the first Semester. If you have been using the equivalent of Kolbe’s homeschool curriculum, please indicate whether you anticipate finishing the first semester material by January 16th. 5) Please send a separate email for each student you would like to enroll with us. Semester 2 begins January 26th. There is no official orientation week since our classes run year-long and spots are pretty limited, although most classes have a few spots left in them. Mid-year enrollment for the homeschool is different (and separate) from online academy enrollment. Information on homeschool enrollment at the mid-year can be directed to [email protected].
