We have had our Blue Tick Hound mix, Frosty, 10 years as of yesterday. She weighed 5 pounds when Ben brought her home that Friday after Thanksgiving. Dr. Kim Beegle said that she was going to be big and weigh at least 70 pounds…and she was right. Shes a big girl with a big heart. This is undoubtedly the sweetest dog that I have ever owned. Both children begged to take her with them when they left home but you see where she is. Frosty is always overjoyed when Starr, and now Ivy, comes home. She cries joyfully and cant get enough of them. Starr once said that Frosty was the perfect hugging size and she is. Shes offered much comfort and love over the years and I can only hope that she will for many more.
