We have had quite a few new members added to the page. So here is a little PSA. This challenge is 100 squats/day. Change it up, sumo squats, weight squats, jump squats, etc...if its easier to start splitting them up throughout the day-do it! But no matter what, get 100 done that day. This is more than just 100 squats a day. Its choosing to do something and sticking to it. You decide to commit, follow through. If you can do this for something as simple as a squat challenge then implement this mindset into other areas of life. Specifically diet. My goal every day is to be positive and make steps/progress/even if its only reaching one person a day; to put a stop to our nations obesity epidemic. I love the action this challenge is getting and it makes me happy to see all the participation. If anyone has any questions please post here! Ill be happy to answer.
