We have had quite a few request for a Cycling Class and finally think it’s time to put one on the docket! Cycling is a fantastic way to get a GREAT workout that’s both low-impact and restorative. We are still playing around with times that will best accommodate our clients but as of next week, we will offer 3 classes: Wednesday 11/26: 12:30 pm (Perfect during your lunch break!) 5:30 pm (Stay after your Strength Training or ESD session!) Thursday 11/27: 10:30 am (Yes, this is Thanksgiving Day. Set yourself up for success! Getting a workout in before a buffet of food will remind you to enjoy your family, friends, and food, but eat according to your goals!) We would like at least 3 clients in attendance to hold the class. Again, these are trial classes to see what times work best for you all. Jenny Smith, a client at The FIT, has been teaching cycling classes for over 12 years now and we are lucky to have her energy and experience! We’re excited to offer yet another option at The FIT; now, get movin!
