We have heard before that the austerity policy of the Kansas governor wrecked Kansas economy. Wisconsins governor made it worse by reducing taxes for the wealthy and cutting spending for education and government services. WI started with a $3.6 billion deficit and today still has a $2.0 billion deficit. Minnesota’s jobless rate in November was 3.7 percent. Wisconsin’s was 5.2.
