Everything is new: toilet, bathroom, etc. The price includes electricity, gas, water, internet. Every room is clean and bright. Every room has its own new sink, mirror cabinet, wardrobe, new desk etc. Two rooms of standard size have access to sunny balconies. Two other rooms are quite large. There are two double-glazed skylights in the common room, one of them openable, so lots of fresh air in summer. The home is well-insulated and well-heated in winter. It is a lovely shared environment for peaceful young women. We have only One room AVAILABLE from JUNE 2014 onwards, One room will be AVAILABLE from JULY 2014 and another in AUGUST 2014.
