We have officially kicked off our X’mas celebrations! This year we decided to start off the season with our new recruits orientations. This was an all-day intense training event educating the new recruits on every aspect of our business. We set them up for success by having each of our department heads giving them the pearls of wisdom to be able to excel at their jobs. Once we were pretty sure they were drained of all power of thought, we indulged in our weekly staff lunch with Chris Fellbaum at the reins. Here everyone (both the old and new) mingled and got to know each other a little bit more! At this point we were all bursting at the seams with comfort food of soup and grilled cheese sandwiches and it was time for the new recruits to give their competitive side a kick start with a super fun scavenger hunt!! Having everyone scurry around and try and get everything ticked off their list made the afternoon super fun! To sum the day up – an education, lunch, games and then some hands on experience just to get their feet wet – not a bad day way to start up!! Take a look see :-)
