We have opening for NOC- Tools Provisioning with our client. Total Experience: 2-5 Job Location: Pune Shift: 24*7 Tools Provisioning POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for using business process engineering techniques to develop technical solutions to achieve overall objectives by integrating systems using the company’s or a third-party’s hardware/software products. Provides installation and maintenance of company products and third party applications to ensure the monitoring is functioning according to specifications. Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of customers brought on to the company’s applications. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Installs, updates, and configures devices for monitoring on each of the contracted tools per the specifications defined by the SOW and Customer input • Creates Customer, site and contract in Clarify database • Creates Customer, site and access in Careguard Portal • Creates Customer and access in DMT • Modify, Add, Change and Delete devices in the various toolsets per customer requirement • Attend Problem, Change and incident management meetings as required and provide root cause analysis upon request • Works directly with the customer and operations support teams to ensure monitoring is effective and configured to meet the needs of the stakeholders • Works with the transition manager to on-board new customers Requirements • Must have adequate communication skills, oral and written, to work with various teams and customers • Must have strong Excel skills • Must understand network architecture, protocols, LAN/WAN, Server Hardware, Network Hardware, routing etc. • Must have solid troubleshooting skills • 2-5 years of system administration experience in UNIX-Solaris/AIX, LINUX, Windows Server products, Routing and Switching (LAN/WAN), and/or Application Support. • Must be experienced in ticketing systems, SLA attainment, tracking, and best practices. • Must work effectively both autonomously and as part of multi team structures. • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task • Must be able to understand the SOW for various customers in order to provide the contracted services Note : Notice Period not more than 15 Days (Buy-Out is available) If you are interested, then kindly send me your updated profile in word format with following details. 1) Total experience : 2) Relevant experience : 3) Current CTC: 4) Expected CTC: 5) Official Notice period: 6) Current company : 7) Highest Qualification: 8) Nature of employment (contract /permanent) : 9) Current Location: 10) Preferred Location: Note: If this profile doesn’t suit you, request you to provide some references matching to the required skills.
