We have put together an exciting and progressive Pediatric Anesthesia Program for the 2015 NWAC conference. Our theme is “Keeping our children safer and more comfortable in 2015”. We will present new information on understanding pain in infants and children, the genetics of pain, and novel pain treatment modalities such as TAP blocks and ambulatory catheters. We are also presenting technologies that are new to the health care market such as videolaryngoscopes for pediatric patients, measurement of intraoperative pain and use of cell phone and other electronic devices to monitor patients at home. We have expert pediatric faculty from across the world to present these timely topics.
