We have reached rock bottom as a nation and there is no way but up for us as a people, thus the Alliance for Truth, Integrity and Nationalism (ATIN) commits itself to provide the vision and direction in order to: Establish a modern and dignified Filipino nation The Constitution is a living and breathing embodiment of our national ideals which must be given its enduring opportunity to mature and our desires as a people realized through its framework, hence we shall ensure its integrity by making all its provisions work to benefit the interest of Common Good; We uphold our rights to possess all our territories bestowed on us as a people, historically, morally and legally and the same shall be pursued in accordance with established rules in bilateral and multilateral arrangements and international law and under no circumstances shall we forego our claims over Sabah and the regime of islands on the West Philippine Sea; We shall work for the restructuring of the educational system to give emphasis on the basic sciences and technology development and likewise ensure that the intrinsic and extrinsic value of education is engrained in the character of the youth; Interests, rights and welfare of all sectors of society shall be given equal emphasis and all government programs shall manifest this policy, absent of patronage, inclusive of all and exclusive of none; Labor exportation shall never be a national policy but merely a temporary means to house our growing productive labor force but such arrangements shall be based on bilateral agreements together with host countries that shall ensure just compensation, fair working conditions and personal security of our Overseas Filipino Workers; We shall continue to endeavor the modernization of the electoral systems both as an end and as a means in support of our democratic processes and the dissolution of political dynasties and the economic arrangements that support such dynasties; We shall establish an infrastructure system that is in keeping with our objective to usher in a modern economy to include a humane shelter program for our working class, lower income groups, senior citizens and persons with disabilities; We shall build modern health care facilities while at the same time giving emphasis to basic sanitation and preventive health care programs; We shall craft an independent foreign policy that is based on our collective desire to be treated with dignity by and as equals in the community of nations; and We shall institute a cultural transformation programs aimed at restoring our national dignity and pride in being Filipino thus ensuring our continuing objective towards a collective “will to greatness”.
