We have some VERY EXCITING NEWS!! A new Shire import coming to Ingleside!! We are absolutely thrilled to be able to announce that we have just purchased the lovely Shire colt, SAREDON EXCELSIOR. Excelsior is the first-born colt by the one and only Metheringham Upton Hamlet, 3 x National Champion Shire Stallion in England and Shire Horse of the Year winner. Excelsior has been shown twice and unbeaten in his class both times, winning the Yearling Colt class at the National Shire Horse Show in March this year, and also Champion Colt Foal at the Midland Shire Foal Show in 2013. Thank you so much to the Bedford family of Thorpe Hill Farm - Shires and Clydesdales & Matthew William Bedford for giving us the opportunity to own this marvellous colt. We can’t wait for his arrival in Australia later this year!
