We have the best customers - thanks for your kind words! :) Outstanding Tech Support!! Good morning! I just want to provide feedback and bring some attention to the Manager of Jake, in tech support, and kudos to him. Ive been dealing with a problem displaying and identifying the quantity of items available on my website. Most often Id have to leave notes in the description regarding quantity available which, with 12,000 items in stock, can be tedious to keep up with. So, I sought help from the Tri-Tech team to find a way to display Qty Available on the website. Thru Jakes persistence he managed to nail it with a simple configuration change in aesys. With that said, my hats off to Jake for all his help and a wonderful outcome for my website and customers. Tri-Tech support - you have never failed me!
