We have the requirement below for a #BusinessAnalyst with our direct client. Position: Business Analyst Duration: 4 months with extension possible Location: Minneapolis, MN Responsibilities: The Business Analyst will provide BA services to assist in documenting the various interfaces between internal and external systems. Once development and functional testing are completed, user-acceptance testing will need to be performed by the business teams with leadership from the project team. To complete this work, we need to add a senior-level Business Analyst with technical analysis, data analysis and quality assurance skills to the project team. In conjunction with other technical staff on the project team, work could include: Interview SME’s and key stakeholders (e.g., current users, IT resources) Interact with other project team resources to ensure the project is efficient and effective Coordinate and facilitate discussion with internal and external audience Gather and assimilate all available existing documentation/intelligence Gather functional and quality requirements for internal and external data interfaces Assist in identification and assessment of potential solutions to business problems Interface with the vendor, HCIT, and project team to ensure requirements are met Create test plans Coordinate, and assist with, testing Skill Sets Needed: Prior health care experience System migration experience Data architecture experience SQL knowledge Self-motivated, self-starter Strong application development business analysis experience Ability to work independently throughout the system development lifecycle Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional design specifications and interacting with business partners and technical resources Strong analytical and technical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of system development methodology List of Deliverables, e.g. what the consultant(s) will be expected to accomplish: · Functional requirements · Quality requirements · Data flows · Test strategies, test plan and test cases · Regular status reports · Identification and estimation of BA tasks for the overall project plan · Follow issue management process and manage it in cooperation with project management · Adherence to Hennepin County’s Non-discrimination and Respectful Workplace policy Please include resume, rate, current location and contact info all in one email at [email protected] You can view & apply for other jobs in USA at our new job portal stateitjobs.us/ #Stateitjobs #USjobs #itjobs #Minneapolisjobs #Minnesotajobs
