We have to do better at prosecuting repeat violent offenders who commit random and sometimes unprovoked crimes the the city and community. We have some of the finest men/women working for the Philadelphia Police Department and serving the community everyday. We have some of the brightest Detectives in the country working these streets, chasing leads, building cases for the District Attorneys office, and really working these cases. All to hear that we at the District Attorneys office dont feel we can win this case and gets to plea deal. We must do better if we are to stop the violence in our neighborhoods, from the people who live there, the officer who responds to the call, the Detective who processes the crime scene, to the prosecuting District Attorneys office.
