We have to make the Word of God plain and relevant or church will continue being confused with a temporary, weak sedative as opposed to being a powerful solution. Power for living is in the application ...Truth misapplied, unapplied or lied on will titillate the victim but never extricate the victor. History and destiny have proven that leading people astray will be possible, profitable and damnable but never acceptable. Trickery, foolery and playing games with peoples faith will be detected and rejected in the 21st Century. Signs of A Dying Church and A Problematic Vision: 1) The same people need the same prayer and the same message year after year, Easter after Easter, 2) Messages are titillating or intellectual but ineffectual, 3) More folks grow in tolerance of misery and complacency than in power and in truth. Buildings that do not make a change and instead continue being disobedient to the truth, prostituting Gods people and creating unknowing, unsuspecting religious addicts in the 21st Century will close. Listen closely to the sound of disobedience -- that is death coming not new members. If you cannot or will not change your direction, make the correction or provide Gods protection to his people, you will die off in the wilderness of religiosity. The time is at hand -- go back to your first love or the gates of self destruction will prevail against your buildings beloved.
