We have to stop expecting things from people. Not money! For example, we give love and expect it in return, the same with respect, loyalty and so on. You better STOP! Youll always LOSE! Stop expecting so much were only humans and you will save yourself a lot of grief. I know now that People are the same as me they have feelings and come equipped with their own ideologies. As long as you EXPECT CERTAIN things, you will lose. Just dont put up with anyone not contributing to your happiness. If it is reciprocated Praise God, but dont be arrogant and EXPECT things from people they arent willing to give or they dont know how to. I decided to expect nothing from anyone cause I am everything to The people that know me, and love me. Flawed and far from perfection But I can hold my head High and expect nothing from anyone cause Who am I but a child of a God? Good Deeds are supposed to be my Volunteer work but since I never sought tangible rewards I thought I was acting selflessly, but evidently I EXPECTED something (love, respect, loyalty etc). I personally let things ride me too hard and long and my actions are predictable. I worry about everybody STUFF. Now I choose me, cause If I dont now, who else will? My big brother kicked me in the gut with that one. Why do you expect things from people. I never knew but Im sorry. I needed that conversation but it hurt a little cause it was true. I pray it makes me wiser, better, and Im already breaking the chains. Funny how one conversation can change your whole outlook on a situation. Forgive me Lord! Yall have a Good Night.
