We have watered down Love so much that the very concept of it is bastardized. Everyone wants to blame the down spiral of it on Social Networking, but who are we kidding? If anything, our lack of determination sets forth the progress and user friendly media bridges the inevitable. Our Grandparents relationships thrive because they were determined to succeed, not because Facebook didnt exist. Based upon that assumption, wouldnt affairs be easier to hide since you wouldnt have to worry about your significant other finding out via the internet? Determination and perseverance is what excelled in every one of the successful 50+ year relationship everybody desires, on both sides. When hardships come and one falls, the other needs to be there to pick them up..and vice versa. You cant give up so easily all the time and expect a everlasting love. Without patience and a willingness to understand the others flaws, determination and perseverance simply cannot grow within the relationship and the boundaries of what you once thought was love dissolves. When one can fancy the ideas of what started the relationship consistently throughout the span of its entirety and walk astray from routine... thats when the Disney type love stories we hear happen occur
