We have yet to raise a single dollar for Hermans care. He is now at the University of Minnesota where they are working hard at getting him stable so they can try to determine the underlying cause of his distress. This care is not only essential its expensive so we need your help!!! Every dollar helps! Currently his sodium levels are so high it is compromising his neurological function. This needs to be brought down very slowly over time so he does not suffer brain damage. He also has at some point developed a heart murmur. They expect him to be there a minimum of 48 hours. Hopefully by morning they will be able to determine what areas are of concern and what needs to be addressed first. Thank you all for keeping Herman in your thoughts and prayers. When I held him before Emily and I left he touched my face. He knows we all care and he knows he is loved. Special thank you to Value Care Vet in Chaska for taking good care of him and another special thank you to Emily Randolph for driving him to the U of M to meet me. He even held her hand on the way.
