We hear every day on the news about school bullying, FaceBook or other media bullying, or just plain old bullying.I have however never seen a post about WORK PLACE BULLYING. Some examples of work place bullying are: 1.Verbal abuse. 2.Offensive conduct/behaviors that are threatening, humiliating, or intimidating. 3.Work interference, i.e. sabotage, that prevents work from being done. 4.Comments being dismissed or not acknowledged. 5. Falsely accused of mistakes you didn’t make. 6.Harshly criticized. 7 Being forced into doing work that really wasn’t your job. 8.Different standards and policies being used for you than other workers. 9.Given mean looks 10. Others gossiped about you. 11. YOUR BOSS YELLING AT YOU IN FRONT OF CO-WORKERS. 12. Belittling comments being made about your work during meetings 13 Someone else stole credit for your work. If you read through these and find more than 3 that fit you, like and if you want share. Maybe we can put a stop to WORK PLACE BULLYING. It is against the law on the media and you surely get suspended in school. Why not stop it in the work place.
