We highly recommend [Charter One Realtys] David Carroll as a Realtor on Hilton Head and the surrounding area. Davids lengthy experience on the Island was very helpful to us. [He] was able to help us sell two properties during the worst market in the history of Hilton Head Island, and his calm guidance and realistic view a midst all of the turmoil was very much appreciated and contributed immensely to our being able to sell the properties. In addition his willingness to do whatever was necessary helped get the transactions through closing (in the middle of all the uncertainty) that provided a satisfactory conclusion.
