We honored a great man today, my Grandpa Freitas, who passed away at the age of 96. His accomplishments were many and his life was centered around his faith and family. He was an artillery captain during WWII and was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for his service. He left behind a legacy that we are so proud of. Im honored to say that Im one of his 19 grandchildren. I love him and miss him! My heart is sad, but I know he had a grand reunion with my sweet Grandma. I look forward to the day when we meet again.
