We hope our Facebook posts will help save licensees time and money and allow them to fulfill their responsibilities in the most ethical and professional manner. At the most recent Commission meeting, a proposed stipulation was discussed regarding an agent and his broker who tried to use the old paper change cards after RELMS was implemented. Remember that the RELMS system is required to be used for all renewals, changes in firm affiliation and status changes. If the Commission approves this proposed stipulation, the licensee will pay a $2,000 fine and be required to take classes on RELMS and Utah Law.
