We interrupt our commercial program for a piece of advice, a couple of things we wanted to tell you about autumn and winter: 1. dont go outside unless absolutely necessary 2. embrace the snot, make the snot the icing on the cake of your life, its just snot, isnt it, but it glitters in the sunlight, if there is sun, but thats another story 3. if you have to leave the house, always carry a bag of marshmallows with you 4. stare out of the window, its fine 5. the basil you bought at the supermarket, will not last until spring, just saying, so forget about that bringing a mediterranean feeling into the kitchen idea and deal with it 6. get a cat, if you cannot get a cat, dont get a cat 7. dont listen to what they say, its ok to be grumpy, if youre grumpy, it will go away 8. that said, if you have a fight with someone you love or even just like via e-mail, its not real, pick up the phone and call the person and its going to be ok 9. look for warmth, in general, on every level 10. music helps
