We invite you to sign a petition in support of House Bill 3983, the Total Learning Act. This bill would provide funding for educational programming designed to help bridge the achievement gap between low-and upper-income children. The programs are to be modeled after Total Learning Initiative, which includes Music Together classes as a key component. The partnership between Music Together and Total Learning in Bridgeport has been spearheaded by center director Jackie Jacobs, of Music Together of Fairfield County, Inc., who has worked tirelessly over the past seven years to develop the program and organize the local Music Together community in support of it, as well.
