We just came back home from the Pocono Palace Resort and it was our second stay with yall but first at this resort. I will say its a nice place. But we had a hard time dealing with a couple issues. We loved all the activities there but we stayed in the Fantasy Apple Suite and as much as we loved the room we did not like that our pool was unheated and our sauna was not working. We loved the food but the servers addittude there were not so friendly. We made the best of it but on the second night my husband was sick of it and complained and we were surprised with a bottle of champagne in the room with apologizes. We loved the gesture, but if we compare hands down Cove Haven wins. So needless to say that we will not be returning to Pocono Palace Resort but we will book our next stay at Cove Haven instead. Cove was friendly, funny, and we met some really great people when they sat us down to dinner with them and got to know other couples. Look forward to booking my next vacation but it will be a little while.
