We just finished our first ever P90 workout!!! Its Cardio day so we threw in our brand new program thats made especially for beginners. Of course we wanted to try something from Month 3 so its more advanced but totally low impact! ((We should have went with the Month 1 Sweat workout!!! This kicked out butt! Haha)) This one is called Sweat and well...they arent calling it Sweat for nothing!!! I struggled...I am actually even embarrassed by this video...but Im working and putting this out there. Its never too late to catch yourself and kick your own butt back on track or just get started. Im really looking forward to helping so many this month with THIS program!!!!
