We just got a call from USJ2 residents association. They have just won their court case. A few months ago a resident filed a lawsuit against the residents association to remove their gated and guarded facilities. The person who filed the lawsuit is a rich doctor and his supporters and nobody could understand the motivation behind the lawsuit. The doctor and supporters have not been paying for security and yet they want the residents association to dismantle and cease all security measures for USJ2. Thank goodness, the doctor lost his lawsuit and has been ordered to pay costs. Congrats to the residents association!
