We just had Jambalaya for dinner. Heres why: Adele and I love watching the Food Network. Adele often asks if we can make dishes after shes seen them being made. I warned her that jambalaya is spicy and she replied, I love spicy things! (She does!) We went to the grocery store, bought the ingredients, and she helped me chop the veggies on her cutting board. She measured and added ingredients to the pot and even stirred it a couple times on the stove (which is a BIG treat for her). She absolutely loves it. I did throw a teaspoon of sour cream into her bowl to tame the spice, but shes really devouring it! Ill brag for a split second and say that it IS amazing, I did a stellar job, but the whole experience was such a fun process!
