We just purchased our Banners and Tesserae... for any that are curious about the term Tesserae.. it is an ancient concept among our Ancestors that a token of friendship be given on a temporary basis to any unknown people entering the Village or Tribe. The concept is simple; we tell you you what we find acceptable and unacceptable... you stay within those guideline and you are welcome to remain... you deviate and we warn you that you agreed to abide by those codes of honor, you continue to deviate and we destroy the Tesserae and you are no longer welcome . As time went on, the Tesserae were more and more ornate and expensive not for grandeur but to show the appreciation for people who held longer and longer ties of civility and honor within the tribal boundaries... finally culminating in Silver and Gold metal Tesserae granted for lifetime measures of hospitality. The Tesserae pictured above are going to be given and treated in a similar manner; the longer people keep coming back and maintaining civility the more worth while the cards become and the more we reciprocate something in return; gifts, special prizes, etc.
