We just received the rudest, most ignorant, chauvinistic treatment from the outlet called Cosmo Prof, a beauty salon supply outlet located in the Parkwood Shopping Center. The male clerk in a highly raised voice was disclaiming all responsibility for Cosmo Prof selling a $99.00 pair of hair clippers (on sale) that did not work and then refused to take them back saying all sales are final. Now what kind of representative is that for the Cosmo Prof outlet? The rudeness is inexcusable as is their sales policy. Who would sell and innocent girl an expensive pair of clippers that did not work and we are sure they knew that when they sold them. This store should be boycotted and will be by our extended family. So much for taking some beauty products to our Thailand friends salons.
