We know that it is January, but what better time to Celebrate #Christmas in July than January? Now, you may be asking what in the world we are talking about. Let us explain a bit... Adopt One Village recently launched a Christmas in July effort with the help of the West Orange, NJ Senior High School. As you can see in the photos, we are well on our way to having a number of high quality, highly personalized care packages for the children we serve in Ghana. While gifts are not what we are about, we know that gestures like this from people right here in our area build relationships - and relationships is what we are about. We hope to deliver these packages during a trip that will take place in July, 2014. We hope to come back from Ghana with semi-personalized photos and more from the children these items are hand delivered to by our volunteers. You will be able to participate too and should keep your eyes open for more information as the program develops.
