We know that there was fraud on many levels at Anglo. It has yet to be confirmed who exactly knew about that fraud and facilitated it. What is crystal clear is that the Quinn family were the biggest victims of that fraud. Does anyone think for one moment that Sean Quinn would have invested in a fraudulent bank that was on a road to nowhere if he had been told the truth. It seems extraordinary that given the fraud that occurred there, (refer to David Drumms bankruptcy case in Boston for confirmation) that a judge could rule that Anglo/IBRC does not have to produce all the information that the biggest victims of this fraud requested. Just saying.................
