We know you already love Spinning, but you may have questions about bootcamp. Here is some info about class tomorrow at 5:30am Cathy. Each & every workout will be different. We will engage every muscle, and coupled with Spinning, its going to blast calories! The after effect is what will help people lose more weight and see more tone and definition, this after effect is your body continuing to burn more calories after you are finished which the workout, whereas traditional workouts, the calorie burn is relative to the amount of time spent doing it. We will be doing body weight exercises like push-ups and burpees. Also, we will be using weighted slam balls for ball slams, wall ball, etc. Weights and bands for resistance. Stairs for added intensity! We will use jump ropes, sliders and TRX also! We will work out in different ways, using time based intervals, rep based intervals, challenges, ladders, pyramids, . The whole point of Boot Camp is that it is as diverse as it is intense. If you add in the fact that you will be progressing and changing along the way, then you have an interesting exercise mix that should keep you engaged enough to realize your exercise goals. High Intensity They are often a mix of weight training and high intensity cardio intervals, which is the perfect combination for truly effective weight loss and lean muscle building. Moreover, since the routines are carried out with intensity and speed, your body does a regular 1-hour gym workout in roughly 30 minutes, before your mind even has time to talk you out of it. You will feel your body doing more work in half an hour than most people will do in a week!
