We launched the OneService mobile app yesterday at “Clean Up South West!” – organised by Southwest CDC and NEA to encourage residents to recycle and keep our environment clean. The event is most appropriate for the launch of OneService. Cleanliness is the top municipal issue that residents care about – our agencies receive about 1,000 feedback cases a week! The OneService mobile app will make public feedback easy. It organises by issues, such as “Cleanliness”, “Roads and Footpaths” and “Trees and Greenery” and does not require you to know which agency to call. You can also attach a photo and “pin-drop” the location so that your feedback will be more precise, and agencies can respond more quickly. I was glad to see the buzz and excitement over OneService at the event. Many participants, including Mayor Low Yen Ling, downloaded the app and were trying out its functions. I hope many more of you will do so, and please give us your feedback. Ministry of National Development National Environment Agency - NEA Low Yen Ling
