We left Pamukkale at about 8.30 and headed towards Ephesus. We travelled through some very productive country along a 4lane highway. Figs, olives, pomegranates, corn and citrus were the main crops. We passed a thermal power station and made our first stop at a leather factory which I was expecting foul smells and gross production demonstrations. No on! We entered the other end of the operation and saw all the Magnificent garments this factory supply to the European fashion houses. We were treated to a fashion show, then straight into the how room with a $Million display of coats, jackets and accessories. We were Much poorer hen we left.
