We live in a country where most individuals forget to say thank you as a gesture of appreciation for services, be it in delivery of food, sale of items, assistance, or just the simple task of passing the fare from one person to the another. Some would say, Its their job or They get paid for that. After hearing Thank you rin po! from a delivery boy today, I was reminded that simple individuals can be more polite and appreciative than the people who pay them. If we gave more smiles, said more thank yous, and exhibited more patience, I believe the world would be a better place no matter how poor or rich we get. #andworldpeaceLOL
