We live in extra ordinary times that drain both expectation and the adrenalin.Not so long ago the whole nation was drowning in electoral uphoria and hope for change or changes in continuation.The MDCs confident of landslide victories captured the lmaginations of many especially Facebook lovers as many groups and shared status profiles pictured what was always said to be cross over rallies and painting of binga gree.It was not so long that cross over became crucifiction and the green machine paint had to run dry forcing the would be Presidents and honourables to disappear from the political hot seat.There was then the theory of Nicuv,whether true or false,lt never brought change of status quo.Brilliant masters of rare legal genious once again approached courts seeking to claim or frustrate a landslide victory and they failed.lt did not change the status quo,lt only got the worried more into despair.Then there was a facade of a denial in the opposition,but slowly reality sunk deep into their minds and the luck winners in their lot rushed to be sworn into positions.In all this calculation,mostly miscalcualtion there was sounded the voice of reason,lt was from the NCA and a few enlightened citizens.There was no reason to run a race in thorns while bare foot and your opponent clad in a steel sole.There was no need for all the court furore,reality was now open for all of us in the generality.In all this misfortune and miscalculation,the NCA was right and well advised.We welcome them into mainstream power politics.
