Check out what Mrs. Dunning had to say about her last visit to our property: To Whom It May Concern; My hubby and I recently celebrated our 32nd anniversary at your Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville-Downtown-River Place Hotel. I called ahead and spoke with AGM Brett Flowers about our room preference and in the conversation mentioned this anniversary trip was a much-needed getaway. What a wonderful surprise to find that she had taken that statement to heart and upon arrival had a gift bag awaiting us, filled with treats and a sweet anniversary card signed by her and the entire staff! And I can’t say enough about Nikki (at the front desk) and the way she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was all we could possibly ask for, especially considering the hotel was extremely busy the night we spent there. Nikki even handled our dinner reservations and apparently notified the restaurant we were celebrating our anniversary as they served us a scrumptious dessert on the house! How wonderful and refreshing in today’s rushed society to find such exemplary and detailed attention to customer satisfaction! Hopefully we will have the pleasure of returning there again to thank them in person. But in the meantime, I hope you will pass this message along to the staff there since I did not know how to contact them personally. Thanks to the staff we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would like to thank them each and every one for making it possible. Just one more reason I am a proud HHonors member.
