We made it back at 10:30 last night, was a long day, not much news felt like a wasted trip. They said it isnt as good as they hoped but not as bad as it was ....well we new that already ...So now they have me doing a dressing change twice a day with a solution of bleach to kill any and all bacteria for the next 3 to 5 days and then its back to the wound Vac to jump start the tissue growth they said no matter what it will eventually close but it could take a year ( A YEAR?? )....Still on the IV antibiotics for a couple more weeks...
